When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed Monday thru Friday take 1-3 business days to process and an additional business day to ship. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm EST thru Sunday will be processed the following Monday and can take an additional two business days to ship. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been accepted. This shipping timeline is applicable to all orders, including orders with expedited shipping.

Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday and on most major holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Within an hour of placing your order online, you will receive an email outlining the details of your order. Please add info@heracases.com to your address book to assure delivery to your inbox.


Will my credit card be charged immediately?

All orders in a processing state will be charged to your payment method selected at checkout. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive an email outlining the cancellation and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel, please send an email outlining your cancellation and your order information to info@heracases.com. We will try our best to fulfill your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before shipping.


Why did you call / email me regarding my order?

For your own security and protection, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order.


Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers and your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.


How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation details.


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please use the International Checkout option located in the bottom-right portion of your shopping bag.


Do you ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO Addresses?

For security reasons we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
