Refund policy

Because you didn’t hook up, here are the return details:

Returns within the US

Full-priced items purchased ONLINE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue an online credit. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. HERA will not accept a return if the item is missing the original tags attached to the product.

SALE merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. info@heracases.com HERA will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, damaged after item was delivered, or if item is missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must advise Customer Service info@heracases.com within 72 hours of delivery or return may not be approved.

HERA reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

 

Return Process

Email info@heracases.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Once we verify the merchandise is eligible for return, your RMA number will be emailed to you along with a pre-paid UPS return label. If you choose to use this label, we will deduct $8 from your refund for shipping & handling costs. .

Complete the Merchandise Return Form on your Packing Slip for all items being sent back. Please pack your return and remember to include a copy of your original Packing Slip along with the Merchandise Return Form.

We advise you to note your return label tracking number (or snap a picture of it) and drop the box at a UPS location. If you choose another shipping method please send your return to:
