Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Exchanges are accepted within (14) days of purchase.

HERA will only accept an exchange on merchandise that has not been worn and if the item has the original tags attached. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and return postage for the items being exchanged.

Exchanges will be processed in the order they are received. Once your exchange has been received, HERA will send you an invoice via email for return shipping cost and/or any additional  Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please use a mail carrier with insurance/tracking. Hera Cases is not responsible for any items sent back that are lost in transit.
